We are looking for agents to join our HR survey project WITH IMMEDIATE START. We need native British English speakers.

About the project:

  • Task: Approaching HR directors from prepared database (industry/country specific) with outbound calls and e-mails in order to fill out a HR survey on HR organizational decision making processes.
  • Working hours: 9:00am-5:00pm (CET) Mon-Fri (flexible working schedule, 4-6 hours/day)
  • Payment: hourly fee based
  • Region: UK
  • Duration: starting immediately until 30th of June, if we are successful - permanent work from home, freelancer partnership

Agent Requirements:

  • Native British English
  • Solid computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in outbound calls/HR market is an advantage
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Work Environment Requirements:

  • Quiet workplace (tasks are delivered from the comfort of the help-desk agent's home)
  • USB Headset (separate microphone and loudspeakers are not good enough to manage calls)
  • Computer or Laptop with Windows operating system and
  • Broadband internet connection (mobile internet is not good enough to manage calls)

Agents are hired through a fixed-term contract. If you are successful in your role, you are eligible for further incentives, you can continue working with us on next projects, while enjoying flexible schedule and meetings with family and friends on your own time. Working Method:

We use cloud based call center technology - You need to download our call handling system, which needs to be tested. We train all of our agents online before the beginning of any project. We monitor the progress of agents and acknowledge successful callers.
