David L. Papp
Founder, Chief Executive Officer

David leads CloudAgents, the US subsidiary of COMFORCE Inc., the first cloud-based contact center company in Central and Eastern Europe. After completing his telecom and IT studies, he received his International Business Management degree at the Université Paris X Nanterre. He has been working for over 15 years in communications, marketing, and client services management at several Hungarian and international based companies, including Teleperformance, a global leader BPO as a Client Services Director. David is a member of YPO, Mensa International and also acts as a president of the JCI Senators in Hungary. David is fluent in English in addition to his native Hungarian. He enjoys sport aviation and golf, whenever his free time allows for it.

Ildiko Baji
Director of Operations

Ildiko Baji, Director of Operations, has more than 20 years experience in managing different profiled contact centers, including ING TeleCenter, Citibank Sales by Phone, MKB Contact Center, Magyar Cetelem Bank Direct Sales. Outside of the banking sector, she spent five years at Transcom Hungary shared service center as a Business Manager responsible for Back Office Operations, After Sales Services, Technical Help Desk, Customer Services, and Information Lines. She has a banking degree from ITCB, and she is fluent in English in addition to her native Hungarian. She previously served as a supervisory board member of the Human Resources Foundation and took a significant role in popularizing call center jobs in the Hungarian market. Ildiko has one child, and enjoys the arts, American football and playing squash.

Andrew Harmati
Director of Business Development, Member of the Board

Andrew Harmati brings more than 15 years experience to the company in Strategic Account Management, Business Development and Management Consulting gained working with several Fortune 500 companies worldwide, including Nokia, NSN, Ericsson, IBM, Oracle, SAP and France Telecom. After completing his business studies at LSUS in North America and ELTE in Hungary, he joined the US Army as an FMPP Operations Manager where his responsibilities included several key global operations and more than 60.000 people in total. Andrew is a certified FOREX Broker and as a Board Member led an International Management Consulting firm for close to 10 years where he became the member of the Project Management Institute and gained his credential as a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He is fluent in English in addition to his native Russian and Hungarian.

Calin Muntean
International Operations Manager

Calin has more than 15 years experience in managing different teams within training, sales and customer care fields. He has set up and developed the Romanian Contact Center Operations for E.ON for 5 years, and led development projects for two other Contact Centers (Totalstay and Vivre CEE), including alignment to Customer Experience policies. Previously he had developed a strong retail network for Vodafone in his designated area and led the regional sales and training department of CODECS, Open University's MBA program partner in Romania. He has a degree in History and English, speaks fluent English and fair German along his native Romanian and is an ardent supporter of multicultural environments. He is married and father of two daughters, a keen traveler and animal lover.

Zsombor Bereczki
Transitions, Member of the Board

Zsombor Bereczki is a senior general manager and business developer in the Central & Eastern European region with more than 16 years of experience in customer service industry. Skilled in business development, acquisition/divestment, restructuring and change management. Zsombor has knowledge of projects, which are financed by private equity or other VC firms and is involved in business development and start up management. After completing his MSc in Information Technology at the Technical University of Budapest, he started his carrier as the Head of Customer Service at Invitel, followed by Regional Head at Sony Business Europe and spent more than 4 years as General Manager at Transcom Hungary, the largest service centre in CEE serving blue chip companies in up to 15 languages. He joined Comforce Board of Directors in 2014 and is actively involved in organizational development, international business development and inverstors' relations. Married with two children, Zsombor is fluent in English and speaks German in addition to his native Hungarian.

Zoltán Bruckner

Zoltán Bruckner

Zoltán Bruckner, founder of the Primus Funds (2003) and co-founder of Primus III, has 13 years of venture capital and finance experience in Europe and the U.S., including as country manager for Hungary at 3TS Capital Partners, in risk and trade finance analysis for Central Europe at ING’s headquarters in Amsterdam, consulting work at A.T. Kearney in Washington, D.C., and Central Europe analysis at the Atlantic Council. Zoltán holds an MA in international economics from The Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies and a BA from Bard College. Zoltán is a member of the Board of Directors of the Hungarian Venture Capital Association (HVCA), has been an associate professor at Central European University Business School, and frequently lectures at Semmelweis Innovations’ Bio Entrepreneurship Program. Married with two children, Zoltán is fluent in English and German in addition to his native Hungarian.
