Ildiko Baji has more than 20 years experience in managing different profiled contact centers, including ING TeleCenter, Citibank Sales by Phone, MKB Contact Center, Cetelem Bank Direct Sales. Outside of the banking sector, she spent five years at the largest regional shared service center, Transcom Hungary as a Business Manager responsible for Back Office Operations, After Sales Services, Technical Help Desk, Customer Services and Information Lines.
