Job responsibilities

  • Give first level Help-desk support for the US market
  • Inbound customer service tasks:  answering incoming written messages via e-mail and chatplatforms (phone channel to be added at a later stage) in a timely manner
  • Resolve specific Tier One technical issues, by providing quality, timely, and accurate end to end support of any issues within functional area of responsibility
  • Learn and follow instructions, use standard operating procedures and call scripts, FAQs as provided by management. Ensure the Service Desk meets all SLA compliance requirements to the business by exercising an ownership mentality toward customer needs, showing respect and consideration to all team members and contributing improvements where possible
  • Escalate problems for Second level Help-desk if required

Agent Requirements

  • Native American English language knowledge +additional language is an advantage
  • 1 year+ experience in call/contact center or technical support desk is a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Online applications
  • Strong technology acumen
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Able to work minimum 4 hours a day (EDT time zone 1pm-3am, (Monday-Friday))
  • Attend training: provided by CloudAgents


Work type: part-time work from home, freelancer partnership, long term cooperation

Start date: January, 2018


Work Environment Requirements

Quiet workplace -tasks are delivered from the comfort of the help-desk agent's home
USB Headset (separate microphone and loudspeakers are not good enough to manage calls)
Computer or Laptop with Windows operating system (Mac is not supported!)
Broadband internet connection (mobile internet is not suitable for this job)

Training Method

We use cloud based call center technology - You need to download our Virtual Call Center, which needs to be tested. 
We train all of our agents online before the beginning of any project 
We monitor the progress of agents and acknowledge successful inquiries
