Have you ever imagined working for the global leader of multilingual & Omnichannel call center services FROM the comfort of your HOME? Cloudagents provides Front Office BPO services with more than 12,000 Native Speakers in 150+ languages and is currently looking for home based customer support agents who are native American English speakers, with high level communication skills and interest in the technical field. Job responsibilities:

  • Give first level Help-desk support for the US market
  • Inbound customer service tasks:  answering incoming written messages via e-mail and chatplatforms (phone channel to be added at a later stage) in a timely manner
  • Resolve specific Tier One technical issues, by providing quality, timely, and accurate end to end support of any issues within functional area of responsibility
  • Learn and follow instructions, use standard operating procedures and call scripts, FAQs as provided by management. Ensure the Service Desk meets all SLA compliance requirements to the business by exercising an ownership mentality toward customer needs, showing respect and consideration to all team members and contributing improvements where possible
  • Escalate problems for Second level Help-desk if required

 

Agent Requirements:

 

  • Native American English language knowledge +additional language is an advantage
  • 1 year+ experience in call/contact center and/or technical support desk is a must
  • Strong technology acumen
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Online applications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work minimum 3 hours a day (Monday-Friday)
  • Attend training: provided by CloudAgents

 

Working Hours: CEST –Central European summer time zone: 9pm-5am ( to be converted to relevant PDT, CDT or EDT time zone)


Work type: home-based, freelancer partnership (contract through our website, where you need to accept our GTC. You will be able to reach our GTC(General Terms and Conditions) after you register on our site.

 

Start date: 2nd May 2018

Expected start of the project training 24th of April ( 3 days – 3 hours each day)

 

Offer: 7 USD/hour

 

Payment: Done monthly, in the first ten working days of the month following the worked month. We pay through our prevailing payment platform. You can find the details and choose the payment method (default: PAYONEER) on your Cloudagents profile.


Work Environment Requirements:

 

  • Quiet workplace (tasks are delivered from the comfort of the help-desk agent's home)
  • USB Headset (separate microphone and loudspeakers are not good enough to manage calls)
  • Personal computer or laptop with Windows 7/8/10 (Mac is not supported!)
  • Broadband cable internet connection (Wifi and mobile internet are not good)

 

Training Method:

 

  • We use cloud based call center technology - You need to download our call handling system (VCC) on your compture, which needs to be tested
  • We train all of our agents online before the beginning of any project
  • We mentor our agents and monitor their progress
