We are pleased to announce that effective May 1, 2019 Cloudagents will be merging with United Call Centers. This is a very exciting event for both companies. Our greatest assets have always been our people, and by joining forces we have just made a huge increase in the quality of that asset. We are developing our contact center operation to the next level with enhanced experience and expertise.
Our merger will create more comprehensive service offerings. It will also produce an expanded base of highly qualified contact center professionals. Solid sales practices and business process automation capabilities will be combined with an experienced international management team and a unique, cloud-based, at-home working model. This will allow us to leverage operational best practices and bring greater capabilities to our Clients. We are confident that our new affiliation will serve us all well.
