Job responsibilities

  • As member of the HR team develop full understanding of company’s HR processes, concerning recruitment, talent management and people development strategies
  • Build close cooperation with Marketing team who identifies the Employer Branding strategy and provides value added content for social media channels and internal events to ensure brand consistency
  • Manage virtual communication campaigns and participate in social media activities in cooperation with the marketing team to boost international brand awareness
  • Organize, manage and participate in virtual and live events, manage annual event calendar, to build and engage CloudAgents community
  • Participate and drive employee engagement activities in close cooperation with other HR team members
  • Manage social media channel content sharing, follow up on comments and approve content to be shared
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews, provide briefing sessions if needed
  • Manage CloudAgents Community blog
  • Liaise with all departments to stay up-to-date with company circulation and trends
  • Follow digital technology and social media trends

Requirements

  • College or University degree in Communications/International Relations or relevant field
  • Advanced level of English AND fluency in German or Russian or Italian or Spanish language
  • 3+ years experience in (Internal) Communication and/or Community Manager function including solid experience of dealing with internal and/or virtual teams
  • Experience in launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating event series and writing newsletters)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Online applications; technology acumen
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)
  • Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
  • Project Management skills: ability to manage multiple, on-going tasks and projects in a timely manner
  • People skills: ability to engage colleagues and partners both in-house and virtual
  • Detail orientation with good analytical skills
  • Project Management certifications are a plus
  • Online marketing experience is a plus
