Job responsibilities:

 

  • Participating in the formation of HR processes, systems, and the effective operation of these processes and systems (training-development, performance evaluation, employee satisfaction surveys)
  • Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
  • Delivering introductory training for new employees
  • Labor-related administrative assignments (modification of contracts, creating job descriptions)
  • Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
  • Participation in the annual performance reviews
  • Participating in Employer Branding activities, performing coordinative assignments
  • Keeping contact with other departments, authorities
  • Participating in the organization of events, undertaking other administrative tasks (organizing business trips, booking accommodations)
  • Prepare termination and severance letters
  • Train and provide support to HR team members
  • Identify ways to improve policies and procedures

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • University degree (Degree in Human Resources Management is an advantage)
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in the field of HR
  • English skills: Professional working proficiency (both written and spoken)
  • Expertise in HR policies and procedures
  • Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
  • Proactivity, energetic attitude
  • Ability to handle workload, self-dependence, organizing skills
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills
