Job responsibilities

  • Outbound/telesales tasks in Russian in a professional manner
  • Successful and proactive engagement of (potential) customers (B2C) to reach sales goals – existing database of registered users
  • Facilitate future sales and lead customer through the process
  • Participation on all required training
  • Substitution of other agents if needed
  • Help with any additional administrative tasks on campaign
  • Learn and follow instructions, use standard operating procedures and call scripts, FAQs as provided by management. Ensure the Service Desk meets all SLA compliance requirements to the business by exercising an ownership mentality toward customer needs, showing respect and consideration to all team members and contributing improvements where possible
  • Being on time and available for given shifts
  • Giving immediate feedback in case of any difficulties or issues with the used programs

Agent Requirements

  • Native Russian and Fluent English language knowledge
  • Located in Russia
  • Previous experience (1+ years) in outbound call center, inside sales or related sales experience preferred
  • Excellent written and spoken communication/negotiation skills, able to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm while communicating with potential customers
  • Previous experience from FMCG sector is an advantage
  • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude with the next potential customer
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Online applications, solid computer skills
  • Great analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work minimum 5 hours/day (between 11am-6pm MSK time zone) Mon-Sun

Work Environment Requirements

  • Quiet workplace (tasks are delivered from the comfort of the help-desk agent's home)
  • USB Headset (separate microphone and loudspeakers are not good enough to manage calls)
  • Personal computer or laptop with Windows 8/10 (Mac is not supported!)
  • Broadband cable internet connection (Wifi and mobile internet are not good)

Training Method

  • We use cloud-based call center technology - You need to download our call handling system (VCC) on your computer, which needs to be tested
  • We train all our agents online before the beginning of any project
  • We mentor our agents and monitor their progress
