Office Manager

Key responsibilities:


Manage all incoming sales inquiries in cooperation with Service Delivery and HR departments
  • Coordination, management and control of the HQ office
  • Management of the office’s leasing company and other service providers
  • Providing office equipment, supplies and services (requesting bids and ordering)
  • Advise in office operation improvements if applicable, drive  implementation
  • Postal: documentation of outbound and incoming mails
  • Filing and archiving: managing contracts and other documents
  • Handovers: supply equipments, making records and documentations
  • Vendors: contact, review and ask for new offers from competitors when required
  • Payroll-Finance:  account management and other administrative tasks
  • Advise in developmental areas of office administration and drive changes if needed
  • Welcoming and registering guests
  • Receive and manage calls and emails coming to the central company number or email address
  • Deliver packages and other documents by ordering courier
  • Uploading contents on the website if required
  • Organisation of business events, meetings and other business related trips
  • Active participation in improving internal communication and working environment




  • University or college degree in relevant field
  • Fluent Hungarian and English
  • 2+ years experience in office management/operation/administration in an international environment
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Good organisational, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Dynamic, open-minded and goal-oriented personality
  • Proactive and positive attitude with attention to details
