Greg start his carrier in the BSC sector as a Customer Service agent for an insurance company in 2010 not soon after graduating university. Soon, looking for new challenges he tried himself as a telesales agent. After about a year spending with the company and helping out with recruiting he got moved from Customer Service to IT support. While working in IT he got involved in process management, he furthered his experience in Incident, Change and Problem management and gained knowledge in IT networks. After 5 years he was offered a Service Delivery Manager position and has been working in the position until joining the CloudAgetns team as the Head of Client Relationship Management.
