With nearly with 15 years behind him in Business Shared Services Matyas has got plenty of experience to deliver operational excellence. He started his career as a Level 2 Service Desk engineer, worked as IT Operations Manager and he is now Chief Technology and Information Officer. His wast experience with VOIP, IP networking, management of global infrastructure and cloud enabled infrastructure contribute a lot to Cloudagents’ success. Beside service Quality Management Systems like ITIL or TQMS, he has also got thorough understanding of data protection requirements and standards, including, but not limited to ISO 9001, PCI DSS, ISO 27001 and GDPR.
