Comforce Completes Tele-Scope Acquisition
CloudAgents's parent company Comforce, the leading work-at-home cloud based contact center in Central Europe acquired JobGroup's Tele-Scope call center division on the 21th of October, 2013. With this move, Comforce strengthens its position on the Hungarian market by growing its in-house operation and takes over telesales and customer service professionals working for telecom, financial and e-commerce companies.
Apart from having the biggest work-at-home agent pool in Central Europe, Comforce is extending its in-house operation in order to serve clients and projects where agents are required to be in one location. Beside the acquisition, Comforce is massively expanding internationally with its subsidiary, CloudAgents. This year the company has signed more than ten new contracts with clients abroad (USA, Israel, Germany, Belgium, Turkey, China, Saudi Arabia, Qatar) providing multilingual customer services using English, German, Flemish, Dutch, Turkish, Czech, Romanian, Portuguese, Arabic and Mandarin speaking agents.
